He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Nell Cruell; his grandfather Jesse Cruell; his aunt Natalie Cruell; and his uncles, Charlie Foster and Russell Cruell.

He is survived by: his grandmother Janie Mae Cruell; his brother Tony Cruell (Casie); his niece Brianna Cruell; his nephew Isaiah Cruell; and his aunts and uncles, Estella Cruell, Gloria Cruell, Linda Gordon, Gracie Neely, Jessie Cruell, Larry Cruell (Pat), Emmanuel Cruell, Calvin Cruell, Maurice Cruell, Jackie Cruell and Angelo Cruell.
