He is survived by: his siblings, Terry Puckett Romero of Jackson, TN and Jimmy Lyons Puckett (Mary) of Sherwood, AR; his nieces, Christie Romero Broussard, Ellen Romero Neely and Sarah Puckett Burns; and his nephew John Puckett.
