He was predeceased by: his parents, Nettie Zimmer Wise and William Jennings Wise, Sr.; his siblings, Nancy Gayle and William Jennings Wise, Jr.; and his grandson Jacob Michael Cormier.
He is survived by: his wife Ileta White Wise of Lake Charles; and his children, Ed Wise (Sherline) of Lake Charles, Jennifer Simmons (Russell) of Sulphur and Jill Barfield (Rick) of Austin, TX.
