He was predeceased by: his wife Mavoneen Strickland Weaver; his parents, Rosco Weaver and Ora Robinson Weaver; and his siblings, Wayne Weaver, Blanche Schilthuis and Janet Smith.
He is survived by: his children, James Cannon (Cathy) of Seabreeze, FL, Jack Robinson Weaver, II of Newton, Katherine Diane Gipson (Paul) of Phoenix, AZ, Cynthia Janay Ramie of Moss Bluff and Daniel Weaver of Lake Charles; his daughter-in-law Linda Weaver of Lake Charles; his brother Adrian Weaver (Kay) of Mobile, AL; and his grandchildren, Robert Cannon, Jessica Marie Weaver, Amy Leigh Frier (Jon), Melissa Jean Gipson, Heather Lee Gipson, Sarah Leah Burleigh (Erik), David Preston Ramie (Crystal), Lindsey Michel Williams (Jason) and Samantha Brooke Prichard (Tyler).
