She is survived by: her children, Susan Scruggs Johnson, Kathy Scruggs Tolbert and Tim Scruggs (Robin); her daughter-in-law Dale Scruggs; and her sister-in-law Starlena Owens. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great granddaughters and many nieces and nephews.
