He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Olin and Maude Ethel Polsten Higgins; and his pet Lucy. He is survived by: his wife Linda Jones Higgins; his children, Kenneth Wayne Higgins (Sharon), Anthony S. Daniel (Missie), William A. Higgins (Angela), Kim Higgins Clark (David), Charmon Hawkins (Gary) and April Lewis (Greg); his brother Lloyd Higgins (Sandra); his brother-in-law Walter Baumgartner; and his close friend Rascal. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren with one on the way, 1 great great grandchild, many loving nieces and nephews.
