She was predeceased by: her parents, Carsie Utt and Elsie Ona Utt; and her siblings, Nealie Coo, Rosetta Jean Lower, Patricia Lois Williams and Carson Utt.
She is survived by: her children, Paul A. Oakman (Irene), Andrew Oakman (Cher), Patrice Sinegal (Charles) and Brett Oakman (Laura); and her siblings, Shirley Eva Webster (late Richard) of Philippi, WV, Monna Dale Kolshorn (late Hajo) of Warren, OH, Ira Madison Utt (Linda) of Charleston, WV and Brice Utt (Janet) of Mount Sterling, OH.. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
