He was predeceased by: his parents, William Benson and Erna Roper Ellenburg; and his siblings, Dennis Ellenburg, Alton Ellenburg, Edward Ellenburg, Ernie Ellenburg, Wilson Ellenburg, Betty Lancaster, Ollie Lindsey and Mary Alice Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Phillips Ellenburg; his daughter Tina Ellenburg Ray (Barry); and his granddaughter Allyson Ray Sapyta (Anthony). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
