She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas E. Barnett; her parents, Robert O'Dell and Rutha Hare Bolt; and her son Douglas S. Barnett. She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Barnett, Jimmy Hamlette and Louise Barnett. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
