She was predeceased by: her husband Milton Grady Bishop; her parents, Dean Westmoreland and Annie Poole Westmoreland; and her siblings, Dean Westmoreland Jr. and Betty Gravitt.

She is survived by: her children, Milton M. Bishop and Judy Hardy (Rick); and her sister Joan Hart.
