He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Foster and Frances Hayes Foster. He is survived by: his daughter Casey Foster; his sister Debbie Mensone (Jim); his grandchildren, Landan Breedlove and Kaisley Breedlove; his niece Jamie Smith; and his nephew Michael Mensone (Lauren).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Howze Mortuary, Inc. (6714 State Park Rd, Travelers Rest, SC 29690). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Howze Mortuary Chapel (6714 State Park Rd, Travelers Rest, SC 29690).
