He was predeceased by: his siblings, Donna Rebecca Howard, Nathan Richard Butterworth and Robert Reed Butterworth III. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Julian Howard, Sr. of Travelers Rest and Francine Hadden Butterworth; his wife Amy Tudor Howard; his son Julian Tudor Howard; his sisters, Debbie Howard Stankus (Paul), Brooke Butterworth Wirtz (Joel) of Hemlock, MI and Jennifer Lynn Howard Hollowell (David) of Huntersville, NC; and his stepmother Sharon L. Howard of Travelers Rest, SC. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
