She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Raymond Benjamin Cook, Sr. and Gilbert Charles Mills. She is survived by: her parents, Raymond Benjamin "Benji" Cook, Jr. and Sherry Elaine Mills Cook; her siblings, Caleb Benjamin Cook, Mikala Elaine Robinson and Sydney Rae Cook (Jordan); her niece Presleigh; her nephews, Bentley and Ryker; her grandmothers, Phyllis Cook and Deborah DePalma (Tony); and her stepgrandmother Judy Mills. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
