He is survived by: his parents, Billy Joe Payne and Brenda Louise Duncan Willis; his son Jonathan Krueger; and his siblings, Barbara Murray, Lisa Payne, Johnny Alley, Brenda Polk, Chad Payne, Cynthia Pearson, Jessica Pearson and Sandy Cartee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
