She was predeceased by: her father Dale Sheffard Payne; and her brother Bobby Joe Payne. She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Wayne Ledbetter; her parent Ethelee Grace Ledford of Liberty, S. C.; her children, Christina Bowie of Pickens, S. C. and Robert Wayne Ledbetter of Travelers Rest, S. C.; her grandchildren, Jarred Bowie and Addison Bowie; and her siblings, Debra Harper, Theresa Hawthorne, Kenneth Payne and Casey Payne. She is also survived by wife, mother, daughter and grandmother.
