She was predeceased by: her husband Earl B. Rice; her parents, David Burns and Jesse Pace Burns; and her siblings, Paul Burns, Charles Burns, Robert Burns, Larry Burns and Kathleen Griffith.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Greene (Marcus); her grandchildren, Alex and Elizabeth; her grandmother Grace McManus (William); and her brother Roy Burns. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID concerns a private funeral service will be held.
