He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Felder and Nelle Bamberg Felder; and his grandparents, G. Frank, Nelle McGee Bamberg, Jacob and Mary Cox Felder.

He is survived by: his children, Benjamin Tillman Felder, III (Carolyn) of Lusby, Maryland, Sarah Felder Kurtz of Buffalo and Elizabeth Nelle McGrath of Clover; his grandchildren, Benjamin Tillman Felder IV, Jacob David Felder, Joseph Patrick Kurtz and Genevieve Elizabeth McGrath; and his niece Marie Felder Barker.
