He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Collins; his stepsons, Chris Simpson and Don Simpson; his brothers, Wayne Starnes of Fayette, AL and Michael Starnes of Seneca, SC; his stepbrothers, James Plowman of Gordo, AL and Johnny Plowman of Gordo, AL; his sister Elizabeth Ann Fisher of Gordo, AL; and his grandchildren, Cory, Jacob, Nick, Chandler and Tyler. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
