He is survived by: his children, Jerry Bryant Prater II (Angie) and Nancy Paige McIntire (Damon); his sisters, Fleeta Davis and Sally Black; and his grandchildren, Nicole Stroud, Kyle McIntire, Mary Ellen Smith, Morgan Marcengill, Luke McIntire, Ben McIntire and Jeremiah Prater. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
