She was predeceased by: her parents, R. M. Purdy and Margie Saylors Purdy; and her brother Danny Purdy. She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Holden (Brad Crawford), Jenny Osborne (Michael), Kim Gilliam (Daryl), June Wallace (Kevin) and Nicole Wells; her siblings, Brenda Bolt (Randy), Jan Brewer and Ronny Purdy; and her stepsister Sara Jennings. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
