She was predeceased by: her parents, William Isaac and Virgie Bell Honeycutt Deese; her son Douglas Sutton; her stepson Tommy Burrows; and her sister Linda Louise Deese.
She is survived by: her husband T. L. Burrows; her daughters, Virginia "GiGi" Denny and Anna Sutton Key; her siblings, Stan Deese, A. J. Deese (Jeanette), Gerald Deese (Darlene), Fran Parkerson, Janice Lewis and Hazel Spivey (James); and her grandchildren, Lauren Cashion, Trenton Key, Ethan Key, Isaac Denny, William Denny, Caleb Burrows, Rachel Burrows, Samuel Richardson, Stormy Burrows and Jamison Burrows.
