With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ted Carter of Timmonsville, South Carolina, who passed away on December 9, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Legrand Carter and Edith Suggs Carter; and his brothers, LeRoss Carter, Kenneth Carter and Woody Truett.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Morrell Carter; his sons, Legrand Carter (Lisa) and Dennis Carter (Crystal); his granddaughters, Carrie G. Carter, Sydney M. Carter, Reagan Carter and Lindy Atkinson; his great grandchild Jason Morgan; and his sisters, Judith C. Goodson and Peggy Truett Smith.
