He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Angela Coleman Carter and Richard J. Carter; and his siblings, Hank Carter, Billy Carter (Sudie), Robert Carter, Mitchell Carter (Cindy), Elton Carter (Nikki), Angela Allen (Lloyd), Cynthia Carter (Thomas Bryant), Susan Gainey (Mike) and Valerie Lynch (Ronnie). He was also cherished by three children and a large number of nieces and nephews.
