He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Allen and Mary Sue McLaughlin Howard. He is survived by: his brother Gary Howard (Pam); his nephews, Zackary Howard (Abigail), Jeremy Howard (Ashley) and Malakai Howard; and his great-nephews, E. J., Nico, Alexander, Hayden, Zackary and Roman.
