He was predeceased by: his father Rodney Darrell Weaver. He is survived by: his mother Rebecca "Becky" Andrews Weaver; his son Rodney "Jaxson" Weaver; his stepsons, James "Eli" Ailshie and Alex Lewis; his brother Stacy Darrell Weaver (Michelle); and the mothers of child, Jaxson and Stacie Weaver. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
