She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Berry and Fred P. Mims; her brother Pete Mims; and her son Lang Keels. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" H. Keels, Jr.; her son Brad Keels; her grandsons, Langdon, Trenton, Keaton and Campbell; and her sisters, Sondra Spears, Wanda Brown and Phyllis Pearson. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Florence Area Humane Society or the Alzheimer's Association.
