He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Jimmy Powers and Belva Rae Evans Powers. He is survived by: his daughter Holly Simonsen; his stepsons, William Brown and Johnny Boan, II; his brother Ronald Evans; and his grandchildren, Brooke Lockamy and Jaxson Simonsen.
