He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Owens and Edith Gertrude Broach Owens. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ann Welch Owens; his children, Chris Owens of Timmonsville, Jason Owens (Vania) of Pamplico and Rebekkah Isgett (Robert) of Pamplico; his siblings, Dexter Owens of Effingham and Wanda Evans of Effingham; and his pets, Lucky and Max. He is also survived by five grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
Because of COVID-19 restrictions, we request that attendees take precautions by wearing, face masks and social distancing at the visitation, service, and cemetery.
