He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster Hill and Annie Oliver Hill; his wife Evelyn Sansbury Hill; and his sisters, Marion Anderson, Violet Knight and Rebecca Kirby.
He is survived by: his children, Dianne Anderson (Elwood), Rusty Hill (Donna), Bobby Hill (Joyce) and Terri Melton; his sister Emma Jean Skinner; and his grandchildren, Melanie Rivers, Amy Holloran (Keith), Amanda McGee (Grant), Robby Hill, Beau, Ryan Hill (Haley) and Hillary Melton. He is also survived by ten great- grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
