He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Spann and Fannie Mae Spann of Timmonsville, SC; his sister-in-law Alice Spann of Timmonsville, SC; his great-nephew Jaylon Fox; his nephew Terry Spann (Tonya); and his niece Teresa Spann. He is also survived by two grandnieces; a great grandniece.
