He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Norris and Sara Jane Jones Norris. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Martin Norris; his sister Theodosia Mims; his grandchildren, William Norris, Clay Norris (Fani) and Amanda Norris Sudduth (Ben); and his great grandchild Emiliano Norris.
