He was predeceased by: his father Eldon Brown, Sr.; his brother Henry "Buddy" Brown; and his nephew Jack. He is survived by: his mother Willaree Miles Harrelson; his sisters, Tammy Childers and Gail Brown; his children, Mitchell Stevens, Mamie Smith and Calip Floyd; and his close friend William "Snooky" Jackson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
