He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leake and Alice Minnix Leake; his siblings, Rita McElveen and Freddie Leake; and his nephews, Jamie and Jonathan Leake.
He is survived by: his wife Mandy Johnson Leake; his daughter Anna Grace Leake; his brother Phillip Leake (Detra); his parents-in-law, Doug and Malinda Johnson; and his nieces and nephews, Rusty Leake, Angie Leake, Shane Leake and Whitney Leake.
