She was predeceased by: her sister Phyllis Rowell (William "Bill" Brasington, Jr.). She is survived by: her mother Mary Broach Miller; her children, Joyce Rowell, Jamie Rowell and Zach Wallace; her grandchildren, JaShaun Rowell, Jazmyn Rowell and Janel Shavers; and her sisters, Kathy Ard, Betty Rowell (Steve) and Tammy Davenport (David). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
