He was predeceased by: his parents, William Charlie and Mary Frances Singletary Weaver; his sister Frankie; his brother-in-law Frank Wilson; and his father-in-law Bobby Weatherly.
He is survived by: his wife Dana Weatherly Weaver; his children, Andrew M. "Drew" Weaver and Frances Caroline Greene (Kyle); his siblings, Peggy Clyatt (Larry), Pete Weaver (Peggy), Wanda Munson (Willie), Kay McElveen (Jerry), Mike Weaver (Debbie), Patsy Joyner (Wayne) and Carla Strickland (Kenny); his mother-in-law Jessie Marie "Reecee" Weatherly; and his grandchildren, Andrew Logan Greene, Brynleigh Elizabeth Weaver, Corbin Andrew Weaver and Clyde.
