He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Terry Cecil and Julie Harris Rupard; his siblings, Jennifer Steele (Joe), Ashley Privette (Micah) and Matthew Rupard (Nichole); his grandparents, Doris Williams, J. D. Harris (Marie) and Louise Rupard; his nieces, Natalynn and Finley; his significant other Kristi Czubernat; his close friend Angus; his grandfather Gaston Cecil Rupard; his stepgrandfather Gerald Williams; and also, Denise, Ken Czubernat, Kasey Czubernat, Ashley Strandberg and Trysten. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family asked that memorials be made to Florence County Emergency Management in loving memory of Andrew Rupard, 1221 Justice Way, Effingham, SC 29541.
