It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Johnson of Tega Cay, South Carolina, born in Pineville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 16, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Dee Johnson and Mossie Cox Johnson; and his wife Alice Mae Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Sharon Lee Johnson (Maher Melli), Sandra Sue Johnson and Samuel James Johnson (Bettie Obi Johnson); his brothers, Dee Johnson and Danny Johnson (Betty Jean Johnson); and his grandchildren, Samuel James Johnson II and Jessica Farrish Johnson.
