She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Steve and Verla Helms Gordon; her husband Richard Haggins Baker, Sr.; and her brothers, Rondall Steve Gordon, Jimmy Ray Gordon, Sr. and Albert Doland Gordon.
She is survived by: her children, Rick (Trina Baker), Brian (Karen Baker) and Christy (Danny Tolentino); her grandchildren, Chelsi, Justin Shaw, Stephen Baker, Bradley Baker, Baker Tolentino and Laike Tolentino; her great grandchildren, Kenden Shaw and Avery Shaw; her sisters, Sylvia Gibson and Libby Adams; her sisters-in-law, Carol Gordon and Angie Gordon; and her sibling Tish. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be sent to Children's Attention Home where Phyllis enjoyed volunteering weekly.
