He is survived by: his wife Eva Rhyne Jenkins; his daughters, Meredith Brooke Jenkins (Oscar Rodriguez) of Fort Mill, SC and Stephanie Jenkins Howe (William) of Charleston, SC.; his brothers, Terry Jenkins (Eva) of Fairview, TX and Ricky Jenkins of York, SC.; his nephew Dwayne Jenkins (Laura) of McKinney, TX.; and his aunt Dale Freeze of York, SC..
