He was predeceased by: his brother Craig Taylor Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Harlow; his children, Allison De Salvo (Steve) and Scott Chapman; his grandson Zachary; his sister-in-law Mary Jane Berry; his brother William; and his sister-in-law Ann Harlow of Jay. He is also survived by 5 nieces & a nephew.
