He was predeceased by: his mother Marion Manson Long; his nephew Eric; and his uncle Gene. He is survived by: his father Carlyle Elbert Gore Sr.; his wife Jenny (Jenny); his stepmother Gwenlo Gore; his siblings, Cenith Murray (Mike), Candy Harber and Debbie Maples (Dean); his son Christopher Gore Jonathan (Hannah); and his grandchildren, Selah, Harper, Bellamy, Judah, Hollis and Isla.
In Lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Pilgrims Inn in Rock Hill SC, a shelter that provides assistance to women and children facing homelessness.
