He is survived by: his son William Chase Phillips (Carolyn) of Greenville; his grandson William Reeves Phillips; his brother Barry Phillips of Charlotte, NC; his wife Rhonda; his sister Jill Crook (Jerry) of Easley; his niece Melyssa Phillips; and his nephews, Blake Phillips, Jayson Phillips and Corey Crook.
