He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Carter and Florine Hill Carter; his sons, Timothy Jerrod Carter of Greenville, SC and Aiden Carter of Spartanburg, SC; and his siblings, Joy Richey (Elijah) of Simpsonville, SC, Anthony Carter (Tracey) of Simpsonville, SC, Marcus Carter (Stephanie) of Travelers Rest, SC and Charles Carter of Greenville, SC. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other close relatives and friends.
