He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Duncan of Washington and Grace Lee Henson Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Tabitha Faye Moore Duncan; his children, Kathy Lance (Mike), Karen McGee (Tony), Mandy Hammock (Kyle), Joseph "Joey" Duncan and Donnie Duncan (Brandi); and his brothers, Douglas Duncan and Wayne Duncan. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
