She was predeceased by: her father William Ryan Effler. She is survived by: her mother Sherry Williams Effler; her sons, Ryan Headley (Carrie) and Justin Headley (Casey); her grandchildren, Philip, Austin, Alizabeth, Eli and Amelia; and her brother Tim Effler (Dana).

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, Memorials Processing, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959. in her honor.
