With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Leon Anderson of Taylors, South Carolina, born in Yuma, Arizona, who passed away on October 9, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sherman and Cora Mae Hargrove Anderson; and his siblings, Sherman Anderson, Lindsay Anderson, Jack Anderson, Monroe Anderson, June Henson, Eunice Mathis, Ann Ward and Beth Burgess.

He is survived by: his wife Frances Ann Beacham Anderson; his children, Robert L. Anderson, Jr. (Ruth), Ella Dunlap (Neal) and Nina Lovett; and his siblings, Gary Anderson (Susan), George Anderson (Grace) and Marthalyn Veal. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
