He was predeceased by: his siblings, Eugene Bailey Jr., William Bailey, John D. Bailey, Larry Bailey, Elizabeth Bailey and Lillian Dority; and his parents, Eugene Franklin Bailey and Bruce Staton Bailey.
He is survived by: his spouse Martha Moody Bailey of Taylors; his stepchildren, Casey Norris, Larry Arnold (Tisha) and Jodie Norris; his siblings, Maxine Debruhl, Nancy Watts and Ann Salter; and his stepgrandchildren, Cameron Norris, Briceson Norris, Haven Norris and Lilly Arnold.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Fairview Baptist Church.
