He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Casazza and Margaret McGillicuddy Casazza; and his sister Gertrude Weissenburger. He is survived by: his spouse Gail Casazza; his sons, Michael Casazza, II, Kevin Casazza (Courtney) and Christopher Casazza; his grandchildren, Jacob Casazza, Isaac Casazza, Hayden Casazza, Kollins Casazza and Logan Casazza; and his brothers, Timothy Casazza, Lawrence Casazza, Jr. and Daniel Casazza (Rose).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Upstate on behalf of the Casazza family.
