He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparent German; his parents, Hildegard Meizer Loewen of Brazil and Rudolf Klassen Loewen; his wife Doroti Loewen; his sons, Jonathan Loewen of Germany, Daniel Loewen of Germany and Silas Loewen of Germany; his sisters, Conny Kroker (Harri) of Brazil and Karin Frose (Francisco) of Brazil; his brother-in-law Daniel Pereira (Regiani) of Hickory; and his nephews, Lucas and Nathan Pereira of Hickory.
