It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marsha Kay (Frazier) Norman of Taylors, South Carolina, born in Cumberland, Kentucky, who passed away on September 11, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cameron Frazier and Wilma Nolan Frazier. She is survived by: her husband William Joseph Norman, Sr.; her son William "Billy" Joseph Norman, Jr. (Debbie) of Greenville; her grandchildren, William "Joey" Joseph Norman, III of Greenville and Victoria Norman Cornmesser (Joshua) of Spartanburg; and her sisters, Sandra Waddell of Greenville and Rhonda Rutterbush (Steve) of Greenville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to current restrictions, social distancing will be observed, and only 75 people will be allowed in the chapel for the service.
